I looked into this some when I got them. Fortunately, only 4 times. But apparently woman with hysterectomies that are on the same HRT treatment as trans woman are also known to get period pains.

It’s wild that people are dismissing stomach cramps as a period symptom because they absolutely are. Heavy shits and constipation are common period symptoms, and even without periods, stomach crampsalways go along with them. I’ve had constipation cramps that rival my uterine ones, and when I’ve had both at once I genuinely couldn’t tell which was which.

I'm a trans woman with pectus excavatum and was worried how the condition would affect breast formation. How insanely, weirdly lucky that while trying to find photos of women with the condition I instead found a video, and by another trans woman at that. This video really helped assuage some of my fears and concerns before starting HRT. Thank you for making this. (Also, you look amazing! And that voice, holy shit! I never got headaches when i had periods, but I used to get them at the top of my inner thighs. Odd how transwomen never mention pain there.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I got my first shot after 7 years on Spiro with which i had no issues. But the dr said it would be better and healtier. Damn.. now in my 3rd week and feeling like crap. First came the dizziness, lethagy and brain fog. Now is depression and anxiety. I haven't felt like this since prior to transition. It might be the T spike.. but waw. Its horrible. For the last year i went off spiro fully and was just on e and progesterone. I felt great. I doubt i will go for a second shot of decrapeptyl. My cognitive habilities are much more worth any cup size i can think of..
